- If i sign-up to the newsletter will i get spam?No, we value our customer’s privacy and you would only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer’s information to any third parties or sell our customer list.
- How Should i care for my products?Do to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each item inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some of our items are extremely delicate & should be dry cleaned only. Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment before washing them.

- How long does it take to get a response on a customer service issue?We ask all of our customers to wait at least 48 hours to hear back from us.
- How do you ship the orders?Orders with in the USA are shipped by US Postal Service. Your Order would usually ship with in 4-7 business days from receipt by us.
- How long will it take to receive my order?We will make every effort to ship you order within 4-7 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to the US Postal service backups.
- Can i return an item?Please read out Terms and Condition page.
Orders within the US are shipped using the method you select during checkout. Currently we are only offering ground shipping. All orders require 1-2 business days for processing time before shipping. StarRockClothing does not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturday and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be process the following Monday. During holidays during the holidays and Sundays, the processing time will increase.
Priority Shipping OptionsIf you choose to the upgrade shipping options (other than domestic ground shipping). The following restrictions apply• Bill to address and ship to address must be the same name and match the credit card billing address.• Priority shipping available in continental U.S.A only were USPS offers these upgrades shipping services.• Items backorder will be removed from order and the remaining items will be shipped out via the selected service.• In stock orders placed by noon Eastern Time will ship the same day with the selected service, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time will be shipped out the next business day with the selected service.

*Simply return your product with a note of the reason on a copy of your packing slip*• All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached.• Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.• If you receive a defective item, please notify us with in 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify you for a return or exchange.
We do not refund shipping costs on returned and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for the return shipping.Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure the package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include a copy of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damage return packages. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
